FOR DONATIONS VIA CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON THE WEBSITE OF FOUNDATION “ BLAGOTVORITEL”– www.blagotvoritel.org

1. General conditions

1.1 These „Terms and Conditions” describe the rules for the provision Donation by credit/debit card /hereinafter Services/ between The Foundation “Blagotvoritel”, called below “Blagotvoritel”, address: Sofia 1186, str. “Cherno more” 4, tel :/+ 359 2/ 889 494 440 and  Cardholders who are referred to as Donors

2. Service provided by "Blagotvoritel", enables donors to make donations through credit/debit card

 2.1 Donor himself chooses the cause for which to donate

 2.2 Donor selected enter the amount you wish to donate from the opportunities offered by publishing option buttons – 5, 10,20,50,100, 200,400, 1000, 3000 BGN

2.3 Donor made the donation in BGN, or foreign currency equivalent in BGN

2.4 The donation is used only for the organization stated causes

2.5 Make a donation is not subject to failure and recovery

2.6 "Blagotvoritel" does not deduct fees and commissions from donations

2.7 "Blagotvoritel" does not publish your personal data on the website, unless specifically your consent

3. "Blagotvoritel"  is committed to protecting the confidentiality of correspondence and not to disclose created usernames and passwords or other provided on this website personal information unless it is under the legal provision

4. Description of procedure donation by credit/debit card

The application contains the following parameters:

·        select a donation amount;

·        selection of a cause that is supported;

·        name of the donor/organization that donates;

·        e-mail address performance feedback;

·        agreement to the proposed payment terms

5. Information provided to the Donor after the transaction /donation/

5.1 If successful transaction message is displayed that informs you that the transaction is successful

5.2. In a failed transaction message is displayed that informs you as a cardholder   that the transaction fails

6. Documents 

Described documents held by "Blagotvoritel" for at least 1 year to proof

6.1. Response to the request for authorization of BORICA;

6.2. Document stating the donation

7. Rights of the Donors

The Donor has the following rights:

7.1. To use the service provided by "Blagotvoritel" in accordance with these terms and conditions

7.2. To seek and receive information relating to the service provided - accounts for donations made, information on the effect of the donation and others
